This weeks theme is drifting

At first I was thinking about telling y'all about soft shell crabbing but as I started beading these earring my mind drifted to a bunch of different subjects.

Here is some of the places my mind drifted to:

All my life I believed the worst president we ever had was Andrew Jackson. But I think Bush may be trying to take his seat.
Why did the news have a story on how cows are suffering from this winter in Oklahoma when Native Americans on the reservation are worse off than they have ever been. Arn't people more important than cattle?
I think I need to buy that Blackeyed Peas song from itunes...that turn on the radio one.
Clive Owens is pretty exceptional.
At least this pair of earrings isn't completely white.
I really need to buy a sports bra.
I go thru a lot of needle threaders.
That one guy I'm talking to is an active christian, I'm not sure how I feel about that.
The other one wants me to drive to Baltimore for the first meeting. Think I'll have to pass on that one.
I wonder if the bead store carries C-lon threads.
I need to find me a handy type man to make me a bigger loom.
I can't believe Wade wants us to smudge his new home..that's so Indian of him.

Well thats my mind drifting...

Very good pick on the theme. I saw a lot of posts today making my mind drift... and yours did so, too. I have a similar pair of earrings =)

That's pretty good - our minds just go a mile a minute, don't they, although we may appear perfectly still ... ?

Gosh, I think I could post for days on subjects like that. :)
I didn't even think of it. Great post. Thanks for making me think of all the things I need to do.

Nice take on the theme--your mind drifts a lot like mine. Thanks for stopping by my MM. I'll be back later to check out more posts.

Hi Lyn... thanks for leaving a comment on my blog so I could come check out your MM, and of course thanks for checking out mine.

Nice earrings. I used to do a lot of native style bead work, but moved on eventually, haha. I tend to teach myself different arts and crafts, then once mastered, I get board with it and go to something new. Besides, there are just so many things I want to do, and only so much time to do it all in. I now do spinning and weaving, and am dreaming about learning knitting and patchwork quilting.... sigh.

Imma Fanatic :o)
