This EMT lost his shit because photographs were being taken. Seems to me he should have been more worried about his patient. He called the police on Brett because he defended Kimberli. Brett being the gentleman he is, took offense to the big man getting in Kimberli's face.

It's all in the delivery, however.
The photographer was probably within rights and the EMT was probably way out of line.
