Sunday Ride and swim
I went on Row's ride but I couldn't make it all the way. After getting to the broadwalk I broke away and came home. Lourdes and Dan picked me up and then we went swimming. Dan drove me back to my car in the Winn-Dixie parking lot.
I rode 11 miles of the 22 mile planned ride.

Progress--you did half and way cool! Think about where ya started at when all this bike riding began.....LOTS of progress!!
