Ever want to strangle your neighbors?

Those Paris Hilton Clones that live above me acted the monkey last night and at 2am I had to call the police to get any sleep. I really think they are turning tricks as guys were lined up outside and going upstairs one at a time. That wouldn't bother me except the one upstairs goes out on the balcony to smoke one and yells at the ones on the ground. Needless to say I was hating life this morning at 6am when I had to get up.
