We are back from NC

All in all it was a nice trip.
We spent about 300.00 all together (Thank The Creator Gas prices went down a wee bit)
I found purple stud earrings that I have been looking for for some time
Met a new friend and saw lots of old ones.
Had wonderful weather
The Murano drove wonderfully and was very comfortable
I didn't see my runaway husband
It was the first time in 4 years this Pow Wow wasn't cancelled delayed or made miserable by a hurricane.
Bought pink beads.
I bought a new ring, a hematite one and of course the t-shirts. We came, we saw we bought the t-shirt.
Mom didn't call Hawkeye, Hog Pie even once.


Things that didn't work out:
We forgot the digital camera and had to go buy disposables
Jean and John moved so we didn't get to see them
This was the 3rd time we have gone to this Pow Wow and it is really going downhill.
I wanted to buy a sugillate and silver bracelet but had to weigh whether I really needed it or new pants for work. The Pants won.
Didn't meet any men. Was flirted with tho.
Went to the Food Lion I used to work at and didn't know anybody in the store.
The drive home was long and tiring.
The Applebee's at South Park Mall in VA sux and the manger isn't much of one. The Pecan Encrusted Chicken Salad is heavenly. Even they couldn't screw that up even tho we had to wait an hour for it.
The waitress called us sweetie...ewww
I lost my purple chalcedony ring (I think I lost it in the Applebee's)
Dunkin Donuts isn't open at 11 pm on a Saturday in Quantico VA. If you have to pee late at night don't pull off the freeway in Quantico. Nothing is open. Except maybe bars. If you are going North there is a rest stop about 10 miles up the road.
Hawk Eye's Indian wasn't working in Greensboro.



Because we had to buy disposable I won't have any pics for a day or so. Its funny...we have to develop them, lol. I'm not even sure Kmart does that anymore, lol.
