The other Indians

Last night we went to a Temple Festival at the fair grounds with Shashi and Gopal. We went after I got off work so it was real close to sunset.
I had my wrist henna'd, I didn't do my whole arms and hands because I have to work. My camera isn't good enough to take a close up but the design is pretty.
We watched the dancers.

And we sampled some different foods. I can't even remember what they we called. They had this bread that was a lot like frybread only flakier and you dipped it in chickpeas and spicy sauce.

Then we had something that was like tempura onions and something that was potatoes with dough shaped like a wedge and fried. The two sauces they gave with it were interesting. One was sweet and when you dipped the potatoe thing in it, it tasted like a sweet potatoe pie.
