wasted time
Well I went to the meeting yesterday and came back all hyped up and ready to fix all the problems in our store. The GM, crushed my enthusiasm calmed me down and explained why it won't work. So now I feel like I just wasted 8 hours of my life in a meeting I can't use the tools given me.

Yes, you can. Just keep that info in your little memory bank and continue to learn everything you can. Keep the goal in mind.
