I did it

I rode most of the way there on the sidewalk. I walked the bike across Darnestown in the crosswalk. (I really felt safer in those painted white lines...not)and walked it thru McDonalds to Curves. I parked the bike inside and worked out and stretched.
Then I pushed it to DD's and got my iced coffee. I tried to drink it with skim milk but it was yucky. I think I'd rather workout harder and keep the cream than give it up. If coffee wasn't enjoyable you might as well shoot me now..whats left to live for?
I had to put air in my tires before I left and it wasn't enough..I had to borrow 75 cents from the trainer and fill up both tires at the Shell station. I walked the bike back across Darnestown. This time a Right Turn on Red Maniac tried to run me down. And I pushed it over all the humps till I got to that next light then I rode back on the sidewalk to home.
I probably looked like a goober but what the hell....I'll just be the best goober out there!
Oh its Tuesday so I got weighed....You'd think with the stomach flu I would have lost more than a pound. :(

Diet everything else...but don't mess with the coffee, I say!
