The skinny on the Date

I had a great time.
He picked me up and we drove down to Miami. We were driving around Coconut Grove and noticed something going on in Peacock Park so we stopped for a bit. It was a Jamaican Festival. There was a Junkanoo band with stilt walkers and everything. We wandered around there for a bit and talked and soaked up the good music and then we went to a Nicaraguan Restaurant in Sweetwater. The food was lovely and I got a quick Spanish language lesson. Then we drove over to Dolphin Mall but couldn't even find a place to park so we went to The mall of the America's to watch Beowulf. Since I went out with him last year around this time we didn't have any of that first date awkwardness.
In all I had a great time and I think we should do this more often than once a year.
Now when the weatherman mentions Coral Gables, Coconut Grove and Sweetwater I know where he's talking about.
