Since sales are low and Hector's bosses are sitting on him about hours I have to do this new calculation every Wednesdays.
Total sales up Wednesday X 2=total projected sales for the week
Projected sales divided by sales forecast = percent over sales forecast
Then actual hours scheduled divided by chart hours= percent over (if I scheduled over)
those two should be equal
Math...did you see my eyes glaze over...since I have been scheduling under I should be safe.

I had to write up an employee and I learned there is a person in HR who if I give him the details he will write the APN for me..eloquently and legal like.

I hired a really experienced EWS. (see Cesar didn't know what he was talking about) and after I had all the paperwork completed I looked at her birth date. Would you believe I hired someone with the same birthday as myself? I knew I liked her. She started Wednesday.
