Seven things I didn't know last Sunday
I finally found a Popeye's on Sunrise in Ft Lauderdale. There is also a Churches chicken on the same road. I really have to stay away from that road.
Broward County doesn't pay for jury duty if the juror has a full time job. They have the employer do it.
The wax place near where I work has been using our dumpster illegally. I complained but it didn't stop. Now they have piled up bags of table covers and wax in front of the dumpster and WM isn't going to clean it up. I had to complain to the Management company because they keep telling me there is not a manager on duty at the wax place.
Cuban Flags and Puerto Rican flags closely resemble one another.
Lucky Brand Jeans makes eye wear too. Neat retro styles and we have them at Visionworks.
This may be the last year Hollywood Beach puts on a fireworks show because of budget cuts.
Wade could see both the Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale Fireworks show. He thought Hollywood did a better job.

And yup...knew Lucky made frames--but only cuz I had an exam lately and had to get stronger bi-focals.
*sigh*
Sadly, I think a lot of places aren't going to have fireworks next year because of budget cuts. Which is too bad because the 4th of July is when we should really have them - not after every ballgame or New Year's or other occasions. At least IMHO!
