Seven things I didn't know last Sunday

I have put over 300 miles on my bike since I bought the odometer. It flipped on last Sunday while on the Key Biscayne ride. I first bought the bike, then bought the rack and the Odometer was purchased after that so there are more miles but I don't know what they are.

Malta Hutuey is not the same as Hatuey beer. They look the same from over a counter when your pointing and using Spanglish but not the same.

Raccoons are way smarter than me.

I have new upstairs neighbors and they have a young child.

When you rent a kayak they give you a whistle to blow if you get into trouble.

Brett has a nice singing voice even when he has a cold/sore throat/cough.

I can control myself when it comes to spiders in a kayak. I couldn't run so I picked him up with my paddle and threw him in the water. Ginny appreciated me not turning the kayak over and making her swim with alligators.

Yeah, I'm thinking I'd be a lot less scared of the spider than I would of alligators!

NO WAY would I kayak where there were alligators.

<-- would flip the kayak and be eaten.

And if it's any consolation, raccoons are smarter than me, too.
