Sunday Ride

Only 3 people and the organizer showed up

















After the ride Aileen and I went to my favorite Tiki Bar


I rode to Ann Kolb from my house..as I was pulling into the park someone shouted my name. Vanessa was riding with another group and we passed them again on A1A. Row was concentrating so hard on her riding she missed us both times. I was told I couldn't do that ride it was too long(25 miles) and too hard. Aileen thinks I can handle it so we plan on doing it sometime in the future. If I fall behind Aileen said she would stay with me cause she doesn't really feel like killing herself anyway. Today with riding back and forth to home I did over 18 miles and wasn't all that bushed. Got out of breathe once on a bridge..it was a steep one. 8 bridges all total today.
