Thursday at Camp

After setting up camp I was relaxing in my chair when I heard someone walk up behind me. I turned around to say Hey, and it wasn't a person but a baby black bear.
I made friends with the guy camping next to me and he told me the rangers were trying to capture it because it was becoming a pest. Check out the Bear trap. They closed it during the day because if they trapped him in the heat he would die. The Bear trappers came by at sunset and set the trap. They left their card with us.
We went to bed about midnight and sometime after that a load noise rang thru the camp.
Leif (the neighbor) ran over and called the trappers and they had the little bear removed before I woke up.
