Seven things I didn't know last Sunday

Marathon runners run 26 miles because of the Greek victory at Marathon. They sent a runner to Athens and that distance was 26 miles.
Last Sunday we were planning to watch a planetarium show but when we got there there was a sign on the door "Closed for repairs"
On the same day the Canadian federal government announced who would be first in line for the H1N1 vaccine, First Nations chiefs in Manitoba were saying dozens of body bags were included in medical supplies sent to their reserves. Don't think they are predicting a good outcome.
BCC requires my High School transcripts. Montgomery College only required a placement test and a couple math refresher courses. Why do they care what I did 25 years ago in high school?
After I rearranged my computer the printer won't work and I don't have the patience to track down the problem.
A rider on the Ft Lauderdale urban ride was seriously hurt on Tuesday. I rode with Richard before but, I avoid that ride..was too fast and scary for me. I hope he gets better soon.
Crabs that have been frozen uncooked do not cook up well. They were mushy and I tossed them. Its not like fry bread..Frybread, even bad frybread, is better than no frybread at all..crabs are another story

I actually did know that about marathons but I still think you've got to be part crazy to want to run 26 miles! Or 2 miles come to think of it!
