Can't sit still

I hurt my knee working with the trainer on Friday. Kayaking,swimming and being scrunched up in the middle of Fernando's Toyota pick-up on Saturday did not help matters. Sunday, Rob, William and I had big plans to ride 30+ miles and do the Lehman Causeway. I barely made it over the Hallendale Beach Blvd bridge. Rob went on and rode but William and I turned back. We did a leisurely 18 miles. I had strict instructions to sit and ice that knee. So when Joe said he was going surfing..I sat on the beach with ice on my knee and watched Joe surf. That's one way to get me to sit still :)
