My new post workout outfit

I know I've said this before but I hate my upper arms.

Avon was selling these arms bands thats supposed to trim your upper arms.
Yup, I fell for it and so far haven't seen any results.
I also bought the waist thing but even though I don't think it works for what I bought it for..it feels really good in the morning when my back hurts so I do use it a lot.

I have found a new use for the arm band tho........


oh, I forgot to mention...they are purple, so that was worth the price...now I have to get a purple tea towel.
